I'm an operations leader turned engineer who builds developer tools, automations, and AI training that teams actually use.

After eighteen years running and growing businesses — including scaling a multi-location equipment rental operation from $4M to $9M — I made a deliberate move into software and AI. The thread running through all of it: I find the broken seam between how a business operates and how it should operate, and I fix it.

Most recently at Orases, I built and delivered hands-on AI training programs for teams of 5 to 25+, designed and shipped production AI automation pipelines, and served as the technical SME closing AI-workflow sales engagements. I'm equally comfortable presenting to a room and opening a pull request.

I'm now looking for my next chapter: remote, or on-site/hybrid near Frederick, MD, with teams adopting Claude, MCP, and agent workflows who want someone who can both build it and teach it.

  • Built and delivered hands-on AI training for teams of 5–25+, covering Claude Desktop, Claude Code, prompt libraries, and agent workflows — including a 136-slide "Moving AI" workshop delivered to 26 operations staff at James Irvine Foundation.
  • Owned an AI Workshop sales pipeline in HubSpot, personally closing at 60% across 8 active opportunities within a $233K+ team pipeline.
